About Me

Simple Investing
I worked on Wall Street for 25 years in equity capital markets, high yield capital markets, high yield sales and at a distressed credit hedge fund. I focused on analyzing companies and tried to simplify the way one should view a company's business and its financials. I am now focused on my passion to invest in start-up companies. I have been an Angel investor for 19 years but now it is my primary activity. Although I have invested in many types of ventures, I am most interested in software, technology, and internet start-ups.
